As a result the following particulars of conclusion were obtained: 1. The guiding instructors generally understood the importance of the student nurse¢¥s training. 2. The objectives of the student nurse¢¥s training was understood by most of the graduate nurse. 3. The responses that the clinical teaching was given by all the graduate nurses and in the nurses room or treatment room were Predominant (80.5%) 4. 12.2% of the graduate nurses provided planned clinical teaching and 81.1% of the nurses provided insufficient teaching. The reason of insufficient teaching was lack of time. 5. Contents of clinical teaching were as follows: "nursing practice for the patients," 50.5%, the top; and next in order, "knowledges on disease," 20.2%; "charting," 14,6% 6.
